Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Using false information or impersonating others is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Each account belongs to a specific individual or business and may not be transferred to another party.

2. Acceptable Message Content

Users are solely responsible for all content sent through the platform. The following are prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Offensive, threatening, or degrading content
• Immoral or unlawful material
• Any content that violates applicable laws
• Misleading or deceptive information

3. Recipient Consent

Sending messages to individuals who have not given explicit consent is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for obtaining permission from their contacts. RizApps accepts no liability for messages sent without recipient consent.

4. Credits & Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed via Saman Bank gateway. Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a verified platform-side technical failure resulting in incorrect credit deductions, compensation may be arranged through support.

5. Privacy & Data Security

User and contact data is kept confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties. RizApps takes reasonable technical measures to protect data but is not liable for external breaches beyond the system's control.

6. Account Suspension

RizApps reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete an account without prior notice if any of these rules are violated. Remaining wallet credits will not be refunded in such cases.

7. Changes to These Rules

RizApps may update these rules at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new rules. The latest version is always published on this page.
